I require a contract written fairly quickly for a new business venture, Structure is as follows: Myself and business partner - we are the directors of a new company and split the profits between us 50/50 We are hiring someone to run the company - they will receive a 30% share of total profits The concrete partners in this are myself and my business partner - the person we are hiring to run the business needs to meet requirements effectively - otherwise their agreement will be terminated. Assuming this will essentially be 2 agreements. 1) Between myself and business partner (to form a company) 2) Between the company and person we hire to run the business. I am currently drafting the list of duties etc and will have this ready by close of this evening, however I need a professional to word the document correctly.
