Centos7 DHCP problems

Here is the deal ,
I have a centos7 server in virtual box with 2 network cards. One in bridged the other in internal network. On the card from internal network
(enp0s8) i installed DHCP-server but it dnt work ! Can someone fix this? The purpose for this is that ALL my clients get automatically ip address
from the centos7 server . So all clients that use the internal network have to get automatic ip config

The configuration of vim /etc/dhcp/[login to view URL] is following

I have setup multiple DHCP servers. So i have a good understanding of DHCP servers and can resolve these kind of problems fairly fast. I can also already see that there is a mistake in your config file.
