I work on fixed price only, after req specs settled. Yu can not proxy DNS-requests using squid. Squid is an http(s) proxy only, may be a bit of ftp-proxy, too. I did mods to squids src. However, pls better describe what you want to chieve, although I have an idea about it. Which may be done even by simpler means. Which countries are you talking about, as it might require a server over there to cheat the geo location.
