Responsibilities
Providing Technical assistance and support via Live chat and Ticket Board.
Installation of free scripts provide by us and third party software as per client requirements on the server (Like WHMCS, joomla, wordpress, opencart, prestashop, DNN, nopcommerce etc…)
Handling Cpanel and Mail issues.
Handling Servers - Web Server, HMAIL, FTP Server, Mail Server, DNS Server.
Using Control Panels - cPanel/WHM, WSP, Plesk.
Using CSF firewalls to optimize the server load (ip allow/deny).
Provides technical support to clients through Ticketing system.
Manual account migration (transfers) from old host to new host, backup and restoration of accounts.
Responsible for Linux server support, monitoring and administration.
