Need a professional that fully understands this, not someone who is going to search and learn while doing the job. If you can get this job done, it could easily lead to more work.
Need help with the image/video packages mjpg-streamer and motion and being able to control pan/tilt/zoom from the command line on both Linux x86 (centos mostly) and openwrt.
As you (should) know, the mjpg-streamer package has all but been abandoned by most but there are a number of efforts still available to be found. I am open to using something else so long as it works in both operating systems. Let me know what you are thinking and I will consider it so long as it is current and still in development.
Motion: Both video and images are currently being taken but need help with configuring motion correctly so that it does not fill the drive with useless images.
Mjpg-streaming: Streaming works perfectly but I cannot use special functions such as PTZ.
For example I am testing a QuickCam Orbit AF with pan tilt but cannot compile the input_control so. Also, the package says this is already built into the output_http but I need help to get this working.
I also need to command line ONVIF controls to work with ONVIF enabled cameras.
To summarize;
1: Get pan/tilt/zoom working with mjpg-streamer
2: Help with 'motion' to limit the amount of data written to the driver.
3: Give me a way to control ONVIF enabled PTZ cameras.
4: All video must include audion.
5: Provide the final build environment we used and notes in a zip file and make sure to list any and all programs so my client can reproduce this as needed.
BONUS: If you understand both Linux and embedded systems such as OpenWrt, LEDE etc, this would help in future jobs which include sensors, controls, etc.
