Remotely improve the configuration of my router Mickrotic OS RouterOS v6.39.2

We recently installed a Mickrotic router of 7 ports with OS RouterOS v6.39.2 (stable). We have set up 2 networks [login to view URL] (public) and [login to view URL] (administrative) with a firewall preventing access from network 4 to 5. We get internet from 2 ISP connected on ports 2 and 3. Unfortunately we have not being able to set up load balancing between the 2 ISP so somehow one internet connection is used by network 4 and another ISP for network 5. This is not nice as sometimes no-body is on the administrative network and lots of people are trying to access Internet from the public one (please see image attached). So, we are looking for an experienced network technician to set up load balancing on our router and look up the general configuration to see that everthing looks good. Please mention my name (Ishi) see I know you read the project description. We will provide you remote access to the router in order to perform this task.
