Setup [login to view URL] on a VPS

Hi!
I need someone who have advanced [login to view URL] knowledge to setup it to me from zero into a CentOS 7 Linode 4GB RAM and 2 CPU VPS.
I would like to use it to host my company's websites only, so it is not necessary to setup quota, billing and others limitations stuffs. Better to keep unlimited. I would like to use all the hardware resources to the virtualhosts.
Each virtual host must be able to:
1 - run Ipv4 and IPv6 (each virtualhosts will have a dedicated address)
2 - apache HTTP2
3 - with nginx http2 reverse proxy in front each virtual host
4 - manage high volume of traffic. I would like the virtualhosts with low TTFB. It must load very fast.
5 - SSL via Let's Encrypt
6 - run MySQL Very fast, I need to bust MySQL for caching.
7 - set auto backup for files config and database.
8 - set AWStats and similar.
9 - set firewall and fail2ban for Ipv4 and IPv6.
All the steps done must be documented in a txt file or any way it is better, so I want to be able to make all the setup again alone. Because I will after the job reproduce the same setup in another machine.
