Leap of Faith - [Branding + Website design] For Free.

I'm an advertising and communications professional that has been working in the digital advertising field for the past 8 years handling media campaigns for international brands such as McDonalds, American Express, Huawei, and more. I'm starting a side project "building a new digital agency" which will be a non-profit founded to give voice for the voiceless and shed the light on the things that matter. Our cornerstones are truth, Beauty, and Goodness. We're currently at the stage of building the agency website. So.. I need a Graphic Designer to build an agency brand for free! I'm looking for an experienced graphic designer to take a leap of faith towards the unknown! Someone who's adventurous enough to commit on branding the agency within a month, (Logo + Templates + Website Design) and by successfully doing so the chosen candidate will earn him/her self a fulltime job at our company, or paid freelance jobs funneled to him for the next year.
