The business will not have a store front in the beginning and sales will be made over the web, by phone and by mail. (Plan for store front in 2nd year, therefore the logo should have street appeal) Another company may be started, depending on demand to provide mitigation services, install the systems and provide ongoing monitoring (Pro3 Radon Mitigation Services) and the logo should be able to be adapted for the future business. We are open to any suggestion for colours for use on a web page, stationary etc. but we need a vector formatted design as well to cut vinyl signs for vehicles and store signs. (We are open to a full colour type of logo but we need a reasonable 2 or 3 colour facsimile for sign making.) We would need templates for letter head, envelopes and business cards. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
