I am a Computer Vision Researcher from IIT Delhi and am currently working as an AI engineer at TU, Munich. In my research, I have implemented and used GANs 2 times to do the same task you are asking for, ie, generating images of faces that don’t exist. I use the ProgressiveGAN framework by NVIDIA for your task due to its ease of use. I hope that we can work on this together and that I am a good match for this job.
