Build Magento website (first of several projects)

Build our new website [login to view URL] This will be the first project of many to follow. We are not looking for amateurs, but dedicated people who are willing to work with us long term. Project Scope: 1. Cluster several sizes to one configurable product (size and color should be configurable): show several simple products as 1 product that a customer can change the size and color (they are imported on EAN level, so that is just one size, 1 color. each different size is a different EAN) but obviously you want to shows all the sizes and color variations as one customizable product 2. enable B2B section where we can manage a discount per Brand per customer B2B: I have several B2B customersthat buy several brands. The brands I sell for example are AGV, Shark etc I want to be able to say customer A gets 35% discount on AGV, but just 25% discount Shark Customer B gets 74% discount on AGV and 13% on Shark. so I want to be able to change the discount rates per customer, per brand 3. Provide a file that we can use to translate category names 4 Integrate languages selector with flags that uses Google translator for ALL languages except my main languages (English, German, French, Dutch, Spanish). On the other languages only for the product description should be tranbslated! (not for the whole website) 5. Import 2 files - see attachement (with products, already set ready to be imported) 6. Automatically have prices of Non-European languages display price in local currency and without VAT (21%). So for English I want to use like this: Dollar Price = (Euro Price /1,21) * Daily Currency Rate
