Our online store was recently upgraded to Magento 1.9.2 (from 1.8.1) and a Customer survey on the Order Complete/Thank you page (attached) is no longer showing. This brief is to: - Reimplement the survey preferably using the existing extension purchased ([login to view URL]). - New survey extension or implementation can be suggested but requires prior approval by myself to see all functionality working - Carry out this fix on Staging environment and then on Production - Document all changes made and provide this as step by step instructions Logins to cPanel and FTPs can of course be provided as needed. In your response, please indicate (none are required but curious to know): - Any past experience with surveys on Magento - Prior experience with Magento 1.9.2 - Time required to implement from job being awarded. Hoping you can help. Thanks.
