Hi. I'm looking for expert with strong analytic skill performing industry analytics for business plan and tech whitepaper. The project is blockchain use case for "Digital intellectual property (IP for short)". The the following aspects at the minimum :
a. about 10 pages on fundamental research on digital IPs (focusing on photograph, painting, music, video, comic/cartoon, literature):
- Market scale, trends, creators, distributors, agencies, competition
- international/countrywide laws and regulations for IP protection and status quo of infringement activities/damage, common exercise of copyright protection, legal implication for digital notarized evidence /please attach "JD read" to your reply, so I know you read and understand the job/ with commercial 3rd party.
- IP monetization & trade (traditional and digital food chain, valuation, value sharing)
b. about 10 pages on Application of blockchain tech in digital IPs protection/monetization, comparable tech solutions, icos, communities.
He/she needs to follow strict quotation/referencing practice. The entire work has to be original and plagiarism-free.
Depending on output, this could be extended to long term assignment for writing of full business plan, whitepaper, ICO/IAO marketing, etc.
