Creating new Cafe in Singapore

but my part that I want u to help is just 2,000 words.
These are the thing we are planning
1. Our cafe provide normal coffee and Kopi Luwak (it's our highlight).
- kopi luwak is expensive coffee, but we are planning to make it affordable for everyone to attract customers with a bit lower profit. At the same time, we will earn more profits from other products like foods, those are the items we will charge higher price.
2. healthy fruit juice and soft drink.
3. we also sell desserts and some salads (u can choose for me).

5. Type of customer that we want to attract (any ages of customers who want to enjoy coffee in cosy environment with comfort furnitures )
