Hire a Marketing Specialist

I'm a video editor for a living- But I'm running low on work. I need someone who can make phone calls, and find work for me within Boise Idaho. I want to set it up as commissions- So if the marketer lands me say a 5,000$ contract- I will pay out 20% back in commissions, meaning they'll get 1,000$ out of that deal. But I only wish to do commissions. I'm not paying for unseen results.
