Marketing Management for Consulting SMB

I am currently having a website built based on my new business model. I am a consultant that does one-on-one organizational consulting and coaching with my clients as well as deliver business roundtables, workshops and webinars to this community. I primarily work B2B but I do deliver some workshops and coaching solutions to a B2C community. I am currently looking at a February 12th date to transition to this new business model. As my website is being developed I need to start building a marketing plan that will focus on seeking out strangers and driving them to become visitors to my website and converting them to become clients, members, registrants and/or subscribers. I am currently using the HubSpot Inbound Methodology ([login to view URL]) to turn strangers into customers and promoters of my business. I need to focus on many areas overall (ie..SEO, PPC, CRO, Content Management, Email Marketing, Social Media Management...etc.) however I need to ramp up to all of these services so the services I right now I am ONLY asking for a quote on are PPC, SEO and Email Marketing. I need a quote on the creation, update and ongoing management of these services. (1) Pay-Per-Click Advertising [PPC] - I want a strategy and ongoing solution that focuses on PPC to jump-start my new business model so I will rely on PPC on the front-end to drive attention to my website then SEO on the long-term to sustain that activity. So the initial 2-3 months should be heavier with PPC and then level off to a normalized state as SEO kicks in. Long-term I want a normalized (sustainted) PPC investment to maintain my current course and a special event PPC investment for something that is not part of the monthly routine and could be considered a special event (ie...a conference or some special workshop I normally do not do that needs a 30-45 day marketing campaign focus. I need someone who can create ads, ensure these ads are tracked through my HubSpot Analytics, and can manage these ads monthly. In my business Facebook Ads have been much more successful and cost-effective so I suggest using Facebook Ads initially to leverage what I have been doing and then experiment over time with other PPC advertising. (2) Search Engine Optimization [SEO] - I want a strategy and ongoing solution that focuses on SEO for the long term so the $$ investment for SEO be a ramp-up that will reach it's full potential by the end of the first 3 months. In doing this I understand SEO takes a longer period of time to take effect so I would rather place the additional investment into PPC initially. I will need someone who can perform all functions of SEO and then adjust this monthly as real-time data comes in to justify focusing on and/or experimenting with other keywords.
