What recruiting systems do you utilize in your work?
Depending on the scale and the complexity of the process, I use different systems. I have been working in Breezy and Zoho dominantly. Sometimes, I create my own system by using Google spreadsheets.
What are your recruiting strategies and how do you go about recruiting?
Firstly, I need to understand your needs better. To be able to find a right candidate I need a Job Description from the employer. If the employer doesn't have one, I help the employer profile what they need and create the job description.
If there is a need for job posting - I can create an offer. If not, I scout for the candidates according to preferred characteristics.
I start from what is necessary and easily tested (or confirmed). Again, depending on the type of candidate you are looking for, I would need to create a process to make sure I deliver something you are happy with. I use combination of competence-based interviewing, behavioral tests, role-play and if needed use specific assessment tools.
