We need to hire 4 people, We are a Solar Company selling Solar Panels and utilising a Government Incentive to encourage & promote our sales. This Government rebate is up to $4800 (AUD) back to the client, so it is a positive incentive.. Your role will be to cold call our data & and offer these people a call back from our Professional Solar Advisors to show them how to cut their Power bills down. Your KPI shall be 1 qualified lead per hour. The qualification is not hard but you need to make sure its correct. We at looking to find someone who speaks excellent, fluent English and as little to no accent as possible. A background in this field will help you get this job however I am willing to train you as long as you can think clearly on your own. You must be honest and non confronting. If you prove to be great at this, there is an opportunity for you grow with us, to run your own calling team if you wish. We need to start this with a beginners wage to keep costs down but as we grow, so can you. 4 hours paid training will be provided. Its not a difficult project but does require dedication & a good mentality. PROJECT TYPE: ........... Ongoing project - Job is on going with no end date. HOURS: ......................... The hours are 4pm to 8pm - Eastern Standard Time (Queensland & Victoria) TIMES TO CALL: ........... So 4 hours per day on Mondays to Fridays. I used to be a customer service representative for Dodo Power and Gas company for 10 months. I helped lots of customers from Australia with their gas and electricity bills. Some customers ended up in credit because of their solar panels. So, part of my job was to adjust their electricity invoice and generate it accordingly. So I know how solar energy rebate works and I know enough about how the solar panels benefit customers. I have the work experience that your employees must have to fulfill this job. I am very confident that I am perfect fit for this job. I also worked as an Outbound Sales Representative for US Health Insurance. My job was to generate quality leads by qualifying potential customers then have them transferred over to a licensed insurance agent to complete the sales.
