I am very new to MATLAB. I want the work in MatLab.
I want the relay nodes in the WSN network. I am having some idea in my mind. I have to get the implementation of a new idea and compare it with the existing concepts.
In each unequal clustering in WSN, 2 cluster heads have to be selected, one in primary CH(PCH), and another is secondary CH(SCH) based on the remaining energy of nodes in network.
the clusters near to BS, the PCH will act as Relay node ( only receive and send information, no sensing).
in the farthest clusters, the SCH will take the PCH job when the energy of the PCH goes below threshold value.
this idea has to be implement in MatLab with comparison with the existing unequal clustering in WSN

hai... I have understood your work. Yes we can do as per your idea. Generally in wsn there is two part one is cluster head selection another one is routing.
based on energy we can select two cluster head.( not only energy we can also consider distance ) based on distance n energy we can select the cluster head. then we can perform routing measure their performance in term of delay, throughput, energy etc
