We are a startup which is giving E-Cycles on rent to Delivery professionals. Currently, we have imported 250 E-cycles in CKD form. 40 bikes are running on daily basis and is being rented out. Rest are in the process of being imported.
The main task is to indigenise the E-cycles. The indigenisation shall require following tasks:
1. Changes required in the current E-Cycle design
2. Listing all the parts & specs of the components in the E-Cycle Design
3. Testing the competence of various vendor to manufacture the required parts as per defined specs
4. Finalising the vendors for Specified components
5. Testing the Parts manufactured by Vendors as per the defined specs
