Arrow Trend Indicator built into a Dashboard

Id like someone to build a Arrow Trend Indicator Dashboard so it looks like this picture out of this arrow indicator supplied. So that it is able to provide the direction of the last arrows on all the time frames for one currency pair. Obviously the green and red colours are the arrow directions. With also the option to be able to select/ choose what time frames id like to have to be able to give one major signal. When all the selected/ chosen time frames align in the same direction as the arrow direction on one currency pair it gives you a major signal.
