Looking for cloud camera hardware/firmware expert

As part of our current project, we have to produce a camera device prototype, which is capable of the features described in the attachment. We will need your help in: - choosing the proper hardware - implementing the firmware Our way of working is the follownig: Step 1: We would like to hear your high-level plan about the implementation so that we can decide if we want to go on working based on your plan. If so, consultations will be done for clarifications. Step 2: Based on the plan, we make the final decision about the hardware so that our engineering team can go on with planning the integration. Step 3: Depending on the solution plan, we will either consult you regarding the firmware we got, or rely on you to implement the necessary features. At Step 1 we will choose the plan which is at all is cost-effective, and reliable. Finding us a device with built-in "plug and play" firmware solutions are preferred but not expected. The prototype will be used for mass-production later on, which means that the cost of the hardware is also really important for us. Please note that the cloud service and the mobile application part is not part of this project. It is being developed separately by other teams.
