Cascading audit tables in SQL server with trigger

A trigger will create a record in the audit table but the relationship I am referring to is not only is it necessary to have a relationship between the ‘data’ table and its ‘audit’ table but also between all of your audit tables. An audit is essentially a record of change. If the change action results in data in multiple ‘data’ tables changing then these must be reflected in the audit tables and show that the changes are related to the one change action.
