Social Q&A App for iOS

We are looking for a developer of mobile applications that is able to develop a social application. We need a mvp / prototype so we are looking for a good cost-benefit ratio. The envisioned app is similar to Thumb ([login to view URL]) or Fashism ([login to view URL]) in the main architecture, but is different in concept and in some specific elements. [login to view URL] a Q&A app but with a more clear social graph (Followers, Following, Likes, Activity Wall, etc.) [login to view URL] is no binary answer options like "Thumb Up or Thumb Down" or "Love it or Leave it". Only passive likes (for both, questions and answers). [login to view URL] interaction. a. Picture in question. The app should force the user to upload a picture in order to ask a question. b. Picture response. The app should force the user to upload a picture in order to leave an answer. c. A standard image size is necessary. Camera should crop the picture area when the user is going to take a photo. If the user is uploading an existing photo, crop feature is necessary as well. This is important to create consistent user interface. Instagram is a good example of this feature. [login to view URL] questions should be included into a category so the user can search through categories. [login to view URL] app should have a P2P reward system like the "Good Advice Star" system of Thumb. [login to view URL] Thumb, every user should be able to see all the answers to all questions. In this case we envision something more similar to the way Fashism works. [login to view URL] Connect is a must. User should be able to login in with Facebook. User should be able to follow and invite users from other social networks (Facebook is mandatory, Twitter is optional) and search for other user through username. 8. The app should have a Push Notification system that should alert about new activity. All backend should be hosted in an Amazon EC2/S3 setup or a similar robust but inexpensive hosting and storage solution. We also need a very light backend admin interface we can use to delete flagged questions or to change some basic stuff. We envision a Q&A app where uploading a picture is mandatory if you want to ask questions and leave answers. We think we have a similar structure to Thumb (lean, quick, designed for mobiles) but with a more clearly social graph (think in Quora). Nice to have (not mandatory, but cool if you can develop these within the budget) -Kiip SDK integration. -Some other Gamification elements. The only gamification element we have is the P2P reward system (similar to Thumb). However if you feel comfortable with adding some other gamification features easily we would like to know it. You're free to use any SDK or API. -Video. We envision picture as the main media format to interact, mainly because lightness. However if you think you can develop easily a way to include video as well, let us know it. It will be GREAT! -Your ideas. We are open to receive your features development ideas as long as you think they are easy to integrate and inexpensive. >What we expect from the developer? We are only willing to receive proposals and negotiate with companies. However If you are a freelance and you're interested in the project please explain how we can have assurance of compliance, confidentiality and quality. Last but not least, we expect quality and knowledge in the development of user interface and experience. In the process of explaining the project we will show you some wireframes and prototypes which have the purpose to explain the concept, but we don't expect the app to look similar to those sketches, at all. We want to give creative freedom long as you respect the terms of the concept and idea.
