You should be able to start immediately, and all must be complete in 20 days.
You should provide clean code, thats understandable, so other developers can build on, from where you will stop from.
Few changes will be made along the way, with small more suggestions, additions; so it shouldnt upset you, and hope you wont ask for increase in budget after we have agreed.
