BUDGET IS FINAL!!! Android and Iphone plugin

I need a plugin for both Android and IOS browsers to open Crystal reports generated from the online system.

The system is on VPN link and is accessible (authorized users only).

I need a plugin which can allow the mobile browser to view crystal report generated.

Also i need to add subscription option which will give 6 months plus (adsense type) ads for separate earning and and 1 year subscription without ads.

It will be linked to my PayPal id to receive money.

The budget is total ($70) for both Android and IOS not single.

NOTE:

1. THE JOB WILL BE AWARDED AFTER A DEMO OF THE PLUGIN BY THE SELLER USING ANY REMOTE ACCESS AND MONEY WILL BE RELEASED AFTER TESTING IT PROPERLY.

2. SECONDLY THE SELLER WILL SIGN THE DISCLOSURE CONTRACT WHERE HE IS NOT ALLOWED TO SHARE IT WITH ANYONE AS IT WILL POSTED FOR SELLING PURPOSE AND I WILL OWN ALL RIGHTS.
