build app framework7

I need a fully working template of hybrid app using framework7 v2, with: 1) splash screen, 2) login system working with api to authenticate the user, 3) signup system using email, pass, name with api to my backoffice 4) signup system with facebook 5) one page with ajax api to get the news from my backoffice, with pull to refresh and infinite scroll 6) one page to create occurrences, this page need take photo or select photo from cellphone gallery and a form with map to mark the localization of the photo and inputs with address, state, city and textarea to description of the photo. 7) one page to list all my photos that i sent using "item 6" 8) contact page sending information using api to my backoffice 9) one page with map showing point from my api, these points on click show image and data from api like name, address, city etc. 10) alway check network status and if no network (wifi - 3g etc) redirect to a page saying tne cellphone not have a network connection. 11) all system need local cache to work offline with data that was previously loaded basically is a news app with a system or functionality of being able to send occurrences using the camera of the cell phone My backoffice have a slim webservice framework, you can create a test backoffice to show me the working system and then i will connect to the real backoffice.
