Business Card Scanner App for iOS and Android

I want to create a mobile app for iOS and Android that will allow a user to snap a picture of a business card with the camera on their phone and the app would automatically extract the data from the card and parse it out. I believe this would require an OCR (optical character recognition) tool. If a free one is available, that would be preferred but let me know if we need to use one that charges a fee and what that fee is. We would want to pull the following data from business cards: - First and Last Name - Company Name - Email Address - Website Address - Phone Number (multiple if there's more than one) - Mailing Address Once the card is successfully processed and parsed, the app would take the user's email address and search popular social networks for that contact and would show the app user a list of social networks that they were found on with easy one-click "Add Friend" and "Follow" buttons. It would be great to have a "Follow All" button as well that would automatically add them on all available social media networks. The app should check for existing user profiles on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and Google+.  Depending on what the social media networks need to search, if a match is not found using email address, it would be great if we could check using phone number or First & Last Name + Company Name or something along those lines. Along with the social media follow buttons, after the card is processed, the app user should have the option to... 1) click a button to add the contact to their phone's address book 2) click a button to send a pre-written text message that merges in the contact's first name 3) click a button to send a pre-written email that merges in the contact's first name. There should be a settings panel where the app user can connect their social media profiles and setup default text message and email templates. When they first open the app, we could have them sign in using Facebook or create an account in our database. From an admin standpoint, I would like to have the ability to input data manually into a specific app user's account as well in case they want manual support. At the moment, this can just be from a database level but in the future, we could create an interface if necessary.
