Create Grocery Inventory App + Website

I would like to create a grocery inventory app called : [login to view URL] The main goal of the website is to make shopping for groceries easy to manage Only shop for grocery based on your inventory, this needs to possible by scanning the barcode of the product and add this to your inventory They also need to be able to add the price of the product and the Store Name The end users must be able to - and + their own inventory When the product gets to a certain level based on the user input, i need to automatically be added to your shopping list The scanned product needs to be saved in a database for all users, this will help when the second person needs to add the product to their own inventory Based on this database a end user can select the product when scanning the barcode, the price, the store and the location There also needs to be a shared inventory between users of the app, this will be helpful when a family has one shopping list. This needs to be done based on a generated uniek code.
