Design a mobile app

I need an Android and iOS app. I would like it designed (including ui, ux and simulation), built and published. App will have registration via email or Facebook and Google The idea of the application is to allow community members to share activities or items that they are willing to share Activities such as Car polling to work Room mate for an apartment Coffee/tea chat Trip/hiking/trekking Reading a book Starting a project Extra foods or crops Walking a pet Sports activity Clothes Items Household items Garage items Sharing can be with a price or free of charge Ratings should be done on the profile of the person sharing to identify good and bad experience with a thumbs up or down or stars After sign up the owner of the specific account can post the thing they want to share with purpose, quantities so for example if a person called John wants to share his ride to work with people he will include the start and final destination, purpose, timings, number of ppl he needs, and fee to share, plus conditions such as non smoking, punctuality, male or female Others will apply to the above and John can view few details of their profile and chat with them to see if they are suitable. He will then accept the person and the post will be closed once all the seats are filled. John has the right to take out any person and give them a bad rating (thumbs down or stars) for not being good. Same idea apply with other things to share with difference in purpose. It's very important that the terms and conditions will not hold the application responsible for any actions or any issues relating to misusing the application.
