Project Background and Objectives
BuyIn recently started project for development of mobile application (web-based and hybrid) which will be used for internal time management and at this stage we are looking for experienced and committed partner who will be able to restart project using available code provided from previous developer working on this project.
Current product is in quite mature stage (front-end and backend) and selected partner will need in short period to fix remain buds and provide fully functional product.
Project Description
Resource Management tool is application for reporting of weekly activities.
End-user will have option to use either web-based or hybrid (iOS,Android) mobile application.
Some key front-end functionalities
• Settings should allow end user to personalize list of variables used for weekly reporting.
• Reporting submitted in previous week as default proposal for current week
• In addition to current week end-user should be able to access previous/next 4 weeks
• Login to the tool should be performed using SSO process.
• Personal reporting available to end user on demand
• Customized mail notification sent to end user as soon as reporting for specific week submitted
Some key back-end functionalities
• Reporting database should be completely anonymized (hashed email address stored in database).
• Via admin panel possible to update (add/delete/change) all variables available to end-user
• Via admin panel possible to retrieve raw data from reporting database (SPOC roles used for this action, and those roles should be created by Admin)
• Extract file shall be in excel format with necessary columns are precisely defined
Note:
All project requirements will be shared with potential partner immediately after sending scan of signed NDA document.
In current version of product, most of the functionalities are implemented and selected partner will need to use existing code we are going to provide to implement remaining functionalities and provide fully functional product. (In programing used PHP with MySQL)
Timetable/Schedule
Considering that current version of product is in quite mature stage selected partner will need to provide fully functional product the latest by September 1st 2017.
Selected partner will need to use it’s own infrastructure (test server etc.) to finish requested task and provide installation package ready for deployment the latest to above define date.
During development process, access to the product shall be secured for testing all new functionalities implemented and all bugs fixed.
Budget
Available budget is up to 2000 EUR.
Payment Terms
Only upon successfully finished projects (procedure will be aligned with selected partner. Preferred model bank transfer).
Support and maintenance
Upon go live selected partner will need to provide support&maintenace service for 1month. All issues that could appear during this period shall be immediately solved without any additional cost.
