sWe need a very Simple App that will allow our granite fabrication company to: 1. Record first contacts (usually by phone but sometimes in person) with potential countertop clients 2. Schedule first appointments (for measurement and pricing) with clients after initial contact is made 3. Schedule appointment for our designer to meet new clients at the stone yard to pick out granite 4. Schedule time (by week) for our fabrication manager to visit the clients' property and do templates 5. Schedule day and approximate time (2-hour window) for installation of the granite countertops 6. Schedule a day and time for us to visit the completed job, take pics, and collect for the work In addition, it would be very helpful to have reminders which would flag us to call clients periodically with updates and info between the time they become customers and the day of installation. We would also like a "tickler" file to renew contacts with potential clients who are not yet ready to hire us. We would like the various customer-contacts to be color coded on a calendar accessible to sales, design, and fabrication/installation personnel on their android phone and tablets, as well as on our iPad used for drawing/pricing the countertop designs/layouts in the CounterGo program (which we access online). In other words, we want all people involved in the project, from first contact to collection, to be able to look at their Android phones or the design iPad and be able to see the same info on any client to know what progress has been made and what remains to be done, with day, date, time, etc. The app has to be extremely user-friendly, for people who know their smart phones very well but are more accustomed to working with their hands!
