The project will be a mobile commerce app were by users can search product availability across the stores in a local market near them. On finding the product the app will navigate user to that particular store. We will provide the designs and the web services. and the app is to be developed for Android preferably using Phone Gap. Basically we will be needing two apps for this: 1) For User/; were user can login/register and search the product with filters results will then be displayed in a grid and on clicking the product will display its availability and location to find it near to you. 2) Will be for store managers to upload and mange their store products and register themselves with their store location.

I have lots of experience with android and commerce apps, working in the field over 2 years. I propose to develop native rather than phone-gap hybrid framework. As for the second app you are talking about it should be web based instead of mobile. It would be easier for store representatives to upload and manage their products. I can develop both within the specified time considering you will provide the required design.
