Hi, i see you want to build a system that allows tagging of taxis with bluetooth ibeacons which would send the taxi's info to any passenger that has the app and store for future reference in case of security issues. I can get this done for you , am a well seasoned developer with over 10 yrs experience, i've worked on ibeacon projects in times past, you can be assured a job well done. Few things i would like to know though... Have you purchased any beacons yet? Ho do you plan on provisioning the taxis with beacons? Because it would require that you register each beacon to the corresponding taxi on the database with the beacon serial number / udid ..
