I am an IT professional with 20 years of application development experience, including 5 years of Android development. I have developed apps from the beginning through implementation and I have made changes and enhancements to existing apps. At various times through my career, I have worked individually and I have worked as a member of a development team. This bid covers development of a new Android app with exactly the items listed in the project description, with these assumptions: 1. You will provide all graphic assets to be used in the app. I have very limited graphic design skills. 2. The filter described for the job list will have no more than four different fields that can be filtered. 3. The screen showing the job summary is relatively simple - it does not include multiple tabs and displays 10-15 data elements about each job (potentially including some longer text fields for descriptions). 4. The file upload will be implemented as an HTTP form post to your server API. 5. No server work is included in this project. 6. The app will be a native Android app, not an app developed using any kind of cross-platform development tool. I am not able to produce an iOS app for you, this bid includes only an Android app. Please let me know if you have any more information about this project or if any of my assumptions are incorrect.
