Medical Offers application

I would like it designed and built ■ IN ARABIC LANGUAGE ONLY ■ TO BE PUBLISHED IN GOOGLE PLAY (android) AND APPLE STORE (iOS) (without attached adds to the downloaded application). ■ TO BE finished and published in 7 days. ■ The permission of unlimited changes during the application development until it comes to the light. ■ One year free of charges maintenance of the application after publishing. ■ payment: half in advance and the other have after application publishing. The requirements of the application is: A. Main admin control panel to control: 1. The ability of main contol panel to create unlimited sub admin panels (to control medical centre's patients, reservation, chat, etc...). This control panel must be able to add, edit , and deleat any medical center (or in other word, it must be able to add , deleat, and edit any sub admin control panel) 2. The ability of main contol panel to control incentive that will be received from medical centers that will ask to use this application. 3. This incentive will be calculated according to the points given to the patient against every Egyptian pound spent for medical consultation, investigations, or surgery, in this medical center. 4. The ability of main contol panel to give password for admin panel. 5. Logout button. 6. Share the application button. 7. Full control of adds in the whom page of sub admin control panel. (Add, edit, and deleat) B. Sub admin control panel (medical center control panel): 1. The ability of the main admin control panel to create unlimited sub admin control panel, to be able to add unlimited medical center to the application. 2. These created sub admin control panels must be able to perform the following tasks: I. Give name to its own center (add, edit, and deleat) II. Create and change password. III. The patient registration during installing the application must be with, name, mobile phone number and email or Facebook account. Also by 4 digit code to be send as SMS to his registered mobile phone number. IIII. Chat with specific patient (private chat) throughput the application, receive and send Pictures as well. V. Push button, to send one notification for all registered patients at the same time. VI. Automatic 4 digit code to be generated by application and given to registered patient to be used for future patients referral by this registered patient. VII. A rewarding (loyality points) points to be given to the patient on registration for first time ( it must be seen by the patient in the application) and upon referral some other patients in the future. (This rewarding points must be calculated automatically by application and give incentive back to the main admin control panel) ( these rewarding points must be edited to increase or decrease the number of earned points against every spent EGP) VIII. Expir DATE to be determined by application ( can be edited). VIIII. Logout button for patient from application. X. One page for telling who are we (about usus, or who are the Drs working in that center with photo of that Doctor or photos of those doctors) XI. Contact us page. (Text and address button for Google map, telephone numbers ( it should open dial of mobile phone when pushed). XII. The ability to change the password for sub admin. XIII. Appointments ability by patients throughout the application. Appointments every 15 minutes, from 8.00 AM to 12.0 PM. 7 days a week. XIIII. Ability to insert adds in the whom page of sub admin (it must be controlled by main admin control panel; add, edit, deleat) in the form of pictures and /or one full screen movie. XX. Facebook, Instagram,Twitter, web site page. The link of it must be controlled by sub admin ( add, edit , and deleat ). And to be freezed some where in the whome page of the sub admin. XXI. Any other suggestions during the application development.
