Mobile Application for 4G Mobile Router

We have a mobile application for a small hotel with usual services like room service, information, city guide etc.

However, this application, as a matter of fact, needs internet connection outside and the hotel wants to offer a 4G mobile router to tourists.

The problem is that hotel wants the router work only through application. That is to say, in order to enjoy free mobile internet, the user has to download the application – a sort of condition for downloading.

We have made the application already, but we do not how to do the router connection part. For this we need a specialist in routers and networking.

The hotel is using different models of portable WiFi routers. Normally they have SSID and WEP to organize the connection of other devices. However, when the mobile phone is connected, the user must have only access to AppStore and GooglePlay to download the application. When the application is downloaded, the user can open the app and unblock the internet access. If user uninstall the access must be restricted again.
