Mobile and Web-based Platform Build Out

I am looking for a full stack project to help build both a mobile app, and a web-based platform that help support online auction marketplaces. Here are the specifications: MOBILE APP The idea of the mobile app is for any user to be able to easily upload information for a product while they are out in the field. Should have the capability to take a picture/scan a barcode of an item, and have the app automatically pre-populate all necessary information into fields based on the product information. This will then upload into an online database that will store all uploaded product information. **Capabilities** - take photos through the app - upload information automatically once approved - scan barcode using camera - add notes into custom fields - add price - add tags to items - uploads to an online database DATABASE The database will be where all of the information that the mobile app collects get sent to. It should be a web-based platform that collects as many logs as possible. It should also have the functionality to add logs/additional items through the web based platform (not just the app). Since this database is used for online marketplaces, it must have the capability to store BUYER information from any sales that happen. Think of it as the backend database for any marketplace. It should have capabilities to both export info that will later be uploaded to another platform (most likely exported as a CSV file) and the ability to import data from previous sales, that will update the database once the import is complete. AI Enabled- the vision for this database it to be able to collect enough data to teach itself whether pricing, location, etc. are proper. More so, it should be able to identify key trends in the market and which products are most popular and where they are most popular. Database should have the infrastructure to build this in the future. **Capabilities** - Central hub of all uploaded information from the mobile app - Export information to either own marketplace, or other - House buyer data (CRM) - House former auction data - Machine Learning enabled *EXTRA** - Searchable - Smart logging system that can recognize buying behaviour and history - Importer and automatic update.
