Patient/Pharmacist sync ios app - global budget bid

Hi, I'm looking for some budget estimation to build my app. My app will help patients to understand and be more adherent to their treatment through notifications, personalized scientific knowledge and more links to pharmacist (which is a monopolistic business in France). With some exchange of data between patient/relative/pharmacist like the plan of the treatment for the pharmacist. To understand the stage of my project, I've put two glimpses of my project through the screens. Red squares are screens that are not done yet so if you can provide design please tell me. I've some technical process issues to sync patient and pharmacist app so I hope you can help me to find the best way to do so The app will me sync with free public api for drug scientific knowledg and professional health care numbers I'm discovering the freelancer website by now so please be free to ask me anything more I can send you visual prototype if you ask me, but my specification are in french by now so it won't help I'm a pharmacist student who won prestigious prices for my project, i'm right now thinking to develop it but I may be lake of time for it. Please don't take to much time making a huge quotation, i've already some thanks to local agency. In fact, I've a quite detail specification file but only in french and don't have the time to translate it by now.
