3 screen app plus api for Android, Windows and iOS

We are looking for an app developer with Azure experienceto deliver our MVP app, who we will build an ongoing relationship with. The initial stage is to develop a two screen app (plus start screen) as described in the attachment. We will immediately follow with the subsequent stages, to have a working prototype allowing us to work with our customers. We are breaking the initial delivery into small stages to help us make sure we have the right partner. Our customer conversations will result in ongoing development work as we build the solution. We are looking for a developer with confidence in their own knowledge, who is able to question solutions and advocate for the best technical approach to deliver the outcome we are trying to deliver. We have a vision of how it will work, but value your input. As part of that we are happy for you to develop on Xamarin, React or another platform of your choice, please explain your preference. In your response we are looking for a price to deliver phase 1, and estimates for the following phases. Please include in your response the approach that you would take (the azure components you will use, etc) About us: We have 15- 30 years experience in customer focussed corporate software delivery and have teamed up to build this app. We are used to collaborating with developers who have a vision of how to produce solutions, and who bring their expertise and opinions into collaborative discussions. We have a working version of our product as a desktop app that was built some time ago for a client and are re-working it as an app that will be best suited for multiple clients to make their stocktakes in Bars (and potentially other sectors such as hairdressers) easier.
