Unity - 2d mobile game

Want to create a mobile game on Android and IOS platform. Game content - 2D mobile game/ Horizontal play A flamingo standing on a rock on a lake. It starts to get sleepy and stay to sway either left or right. tap on screen (left and right side) to snap fingers to wake him up. On hearing the snap (tap on screen) it will open eyes slightly and move towards tapped direction. Timer at the top left hand corner to indicate how much time has passed. Top record individual timing to be shown on the top right hand corner of the screen.. The flamingo gets more sleepy and degree of sway become bigger as the game progress. There will be 3 background scenes to differentiate the difficulty as the game progress. First 1min will be spring scene. 1min to 3mins will have a noon sun appearing making the flamingo more sleepy. 3 mins onward will be winter where it start to snow. Cartoon animated flamingo with eyes that start to get sleepy in the first 3 second and start to sway. At bigger degree from the center, upon tap will open eyes and start to flap it wings to regain balance. At even bigger degree from the center, eyes open bigger in fear and wings to spread open more and flap [login to view URL] it is confirmed off tangent and will fall, eyes should be big with fear and mouth opened with sound. Considered lose game when it fall off the rock and drop into the water with a splash. For winter when it drop into the frozen lake will on water as a flamingo in a frozen icecube. If there is no tap on screen as it start to fall, then it will fall in this state (no animation) into the water. Animation to flap wings and open eyes bigger only upon tap.
