Looking for a mobile Android app to replace some simple paperwork. There will be 3 main pages or functions the app needs to perform.
The app will need to feature a "Contacts" page which can be separated into 5 tiered groups. The contacts need only a Name/Title as a required field. But should allow a minimum of a phone number, email and address to be added as well.

Very Important Contacts
Contact A
Contact C
Less Important Contacts
Contact B
Contact G
It will need a page where users can maintain 2 separate lists:
EX: Stressors
Positive List
Item 1
Item 2
Negative List
Item 3
Item 4
Lastly, it will need a page to which local resources can be added. EX:
Name: Financial Advisor
Desc: Get help minimizing costs
Contact: [login to view URL], 555-5555
The Contacts and Stressors page will need to be able to be shared. An xml or text document should be generated and sent out to a user chosen email or phone number. The Contacts should be grouped by tier and only include the name/title.
