Xamarin Android call hook application.

I need Xamarin Android application that will popup with window on each call. User will be able to click button in this window to accept/decline call. Of course you will need provide sources. Please put "I'm not a bot" at start of your bid. I need only stable prove of concept. I does not need this to publish in Google Play. I does not need this to have beauty UI. When incoming call coming app must show to user custom UI form with: 1. Accept/reject buttons, must accept and reject call, accordingly. 2. Few lines of text with different fonts/bolds 3. Image (photo) On incoming call default system window must NOT appear. Only one popup on incoming call. When call dropped/rejected window must disappear. When call accepted window must disappear and user must see default calling app. Budget is 100USD. Time to make - few days. Up to week. If you are EXPERIENCED Xamarin developer - no big deal to make it for you, and you could make it in one day.
