We have a Web app and we want to develop a mobile app for mobile operative system ios and Android. We already have most of the APIs, which were developed in .Net MVC. We need someone who can design the UI along with logic layer using the APIs. If the DB or API requires changes, our development team will deliver a new release of the API or DB (depending on the changes), you only have to make the integration with the API and of course you will have the documentation of all services; that means that you don't have to write code for logic (business rule), the only logic that you have to build is the UI of the mobile app. Our development team will work in the logic, so, you will have to call the HTTP verb depending on the operation that the mobile app should show
