Hello Manish, Except the first point you have listed are already present in Moodle that can be done with moderate level of knowledge/skill of Moodle. However, I am still interested to know the level of change you are looking for. However, regarding "Moodle customisation" I want to know the extent of modifications. I have been helping dozens of customers in Australia for almost a decade. Lately, I am helping vendors/companies in India who have been selling Moodle solutions to overseas.
