Asterisks/FreePBX - Post Call Details to a Web URL

Hello, I can deliver you this project in a day if there is a plain/simple asterisk installation but in case of freepbx, I need couple of more hours for the safe side. It is just because freepbx dialplans are complex and difficult to handle. Freepbx does not give free-hand access to it's dial plans. My focus is always to deliver the quality, that is why I take a little time to understand the dial-plans and design the project architecture before starting development, I am not in rush to finish the project, it can effect the quality. That is why I still have full rating and reviews from my clients. I have a question: If agents would be logging into the group by calling a DID/IVR then how would they answer the incoming calls? over the phone or over the sip software or what? Please let me know. i can use the curl command in the asterisk dialplan so that we can send a http request we can use flask (python) to create an API please send private message thank you *******************************
