A simple web-based user registration process that involves sending automatic email with random URL for verification of user entered email address. The web-based application should enable the service provider manager to have control over all the users. This means the ability to send invites to the users, and to reset password, as well as to change the user profile info. This project details can be found in the attached file. THE PROJECT IS TO BE CREATED BOTH FOR A STAND ALONE SERVER RUNNING TOMCAT-MYSQL, as well as BEING READY TO BE USED ON TOP OF GOOGLE APP ENGINE. Delivery must be FULLY DOCUMENTED with detailed comments in the code.

I have a fair bit of experience using both Apache Tomcat and MySQL (I use both for my own server). The thing that will take most of my time is making it so it also functions with Google's app engine.
