A small C# .net core 3.0 web application with a mysql database

I basically need a skeleton web application coded in C# with the latest best practices as per Microsoft using Visual Studio 2019. The code should be well commented with explanations. It should have a landing page accessible by everyone then after logging in you can access the rest of the system. The system should allow login via google Suite(gmail) and only allow certain pre-configured email addresses. It should have the ability to add or remove the allowed gmail addresses that login and also the ability to create a non-gmail user with a username and password, after creating the non gmail user the system should send a confirmation link to that user's email then the user will confirm the email and create his/her new password. once logged in it should have 4 simple crud lists that can allow add,edit& delete and one READONLY list for audit trail. 1 Book Categories - should update the bookcategory table in mysql the table should have 6 columns (id, catname,description,createdon,createdby,createdfromip) 2 Books - should have 9 columns (id,bookname,description,isbn,catid,coverpictureurl,createdon,createdby,createdfromip) 3 User groups should use current best practices, and be able to capture permissions for that group, creation date, created by and ip address created at. 4 Users - should use current best practices, and be able to capture usergroup,creation date, created by and ip address created at. Have a table to store the audit trail. From the categories grid, you should be able to click on a category and it will open the books list filtered only to that category and a title clearly indicating it is filtered and you should have an option to remove filter All lists should be able to be filtered by any field and also by a date range on the date field All lists should be able to be exported to CSV,XLS and PDF You should use modern themes like AdminLTE or similar. Make sure all the JS and CSS files are stored in the project and have an option for cdn if internet connection is available. The project should NOT rely on IIS and should be able to run as a standalone. Error handling should be in every section of the system with error logging on a textfile and also on the command console window. The users admin section should be able to show all logged in users and offline users too, it also should allow to be forcefully logged out incase of maintainance or something like that.
