Windows Desktop App for Email Filtering and Composing

DMCA Mailer ver. 1.0 - The purpose of this tool is to filter and format multiple “clean” emails that will be created from batches of URLs (entered into the tool) and prewritten text. We use these emails to submit to file hosting sites for DMCA removal, and this tool will be used to streamline the processing of these emails. The tool should allow us to paste a large batch of unfiltered URL addresses into a field, and the “smartly” filter them to compose appropriate emails. We typically submit anywhere from 300-500 or more URLs a few times a week to multiple hosting sites. Finding the URLs is easy, but organizing and batching emails is slow and time consuming, and can allow for human error. Our tool should work similar to an Excel sheet where we dump a batch of URLs into the program, and the program automatically filters the URLs so that we can send unique emails with links JUST to the specific site for which the URLs originate.
