Need a really experience coder in .NET

Need a very talented coder // programmer who have extensive knowledge in .NET, and to make me a program that can multi-thread with at least 1000 threads (will tell more details when pm) Requirements: * Minimum experience 5+ years in .NET * Minimum 30 Ratings with 8+ score * Able to communicate efficiently * Very experience in multi- threading in .NET * Can create a program with minimum 1000 threads or more that doesn't kill computer resources (no memory leak) This is a very serious project, please bid if you have the time and skills to do this job right. This project will not closed until I find the right person to do this job. Bid only if you are 100% confident you can do this, and this is nothing new to you.
